In partnership with local organic farms we combine fresh produce and old world preservation techniques in a modern solar kitchen creating peerless contemporary eatables, brimming with vitality and bright flavors that feed and nourish. To this end we have decided to revise our intent and focus on teaching.  We will no longer be making sauerkrauts on the farm for market, we will be instead offering a variety of classes.
